Most people do not like going to the dentist, right? Yes, I am one of those too…but everyone was so helpful and kind. The online forms helped speed up patient waiting time and I did not even get to finish a short article in National Geographic before I was called!
The treatment was made as painless as possible and Dr. Kowal gave me a running commentary as to what he was doing all the time. Made me feel very at ease. A call at 5:40pm from the Dr himself, after my morning treatment, was a nice touch and made me feel he really does care about his work and patients. 5 stars – you will not find better!

Everything about this visit was top notch – from scheduling the visit, to completing the registration and history online, to being greeted at the front desk, to the initial talk with the dentist, to the digital x-rays, to the fantastic cleaning, to the check out!
Dr. Kowal is very good at education and explanation. He explained and taught me things that I’ve never heard in 64 years! I’ve always had stellar reviews by dentists, but he suggested some ways I could improve my brushing and oral health. I’ve already referred my sister and took a hand full of his business cards to distribute to residents at my senior community. I didn’t need any restorative work, but I wouldn’t hesitate going to Dr. Kowal for the work if I did. His whole team inspired confidence.

The staff are so kind and take the time to get to know you and your family. On my first visit I was with my 5 year old son and he was nervous but the staff quickly put him at ease. I just finished with my second appointment and it was great! Keep it up guys because I will be back!!!

The thing that stood out to me was how nice the dentist was to his assistants. I’ve heard many stories and have witnessed how poorly assistants have been treated in other practices but not Dr. Kowal. He was informative, passionate, caring, and personable. The kind of experience that all doctors should aspire to provide in their own place of practice. Bravo.
